AgiBot, also written AGIBOT and known in China as Zhiyuan Robotics, builds humanoid robots, quadrupeds, and dexterous hands. Pricing is not published anywhere on their own site, which makes it hard to budget. This guide lists every model with its US price, what it is actually for, and, importantly, its US equipment authorization status.

Why Some Models Are Not Offered in the US
This is the part most price lists leave out, and it matters more than the price.
Any robot sold in the United States that contains a radio needs FCC equipment authorization. On 28 July 2026 the FCC tightened the rules covering certain Chinese-manufactured equipment, which is why several well-known robots from other manufacturers can no longer be sold here.
We only list AgiBot models whose FCC grants we have verified ourselves in the FCC's official equipment authorization database, and whose grants pre-date that rule change:
- X2 and X2 Ultra, FCC ID 2BTPT-LX2501
- D1 Pro, D1 Edu and D1 Ultra, FCC ID 2BTPT-ZYCXD105U
- D1 Max, FCC ID 2BTPT-ZYCXD125M
You can check any of these yourself at apps.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas. The grantee code 2BTPT belongs to AgiBot Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. We break the whole process down in our AgiBot FCC compliance guide.
Models we do not currently offer are excluded because we could not verify an equivalent authorization for them. We would rather leave money on the table than sell a US customer a robot whose regulatory status we cannot stand behind. If your situation is different, ask us and we will tell you honestly where a given model stands.
One clarification worth making: FCC equipment authorization and NDAA procurement eligibility are different things. A robot can be perfectly legal to import and operate while still being ineligible for federally funded procurement. If you are buying with federal grant money, ask us before you commit budget.
Quadrupeds: D1 Series
All four D1 models sit in our robot dogs collection alongside the Unitree range, if you want to compare across brands.
D1 Pro, $4,599
The entry point. 15.5 kg, 3.5 m/s, a 35 cm vertical jump, 5 kg payload and IP54. Reinforcement-learning motion control means it handles grass, gravel and uneven ground without hand-tuning. Built to survive handling, with anti-collision modules front, rear and at the thigh joints.
Important: the Pro has no expansion ports and no SDK. It cannot be upgraded later. If anyone on your team will write code against the robot, buy the Edu.
D1 Edu, $7,199
Mechanically identical to the Pro, with the one difference that decides most purchases: secondary development support plus standardized expansion interfaces (Ethernet, USB, power, SBUS, UART) for mounting LiDAR, RGB-D cameras and custom payloads. The default choice for classrooms and university labs. See the D1 Pro and D1 Edu.
D1 Ultra, $7,999
The patrol-class machine. 16 kg, 3.7 m/s, roughly 6 km of range per charge, 5 kg payload, IP54, 16 cm continuous stair climbing. Range is what separates it from the Pro and Edu: enough for a genuine patrol route rather than a demonstration lap. Popular for security patrol, site walks and SAR reconnaissance. See the D1 Ultra.
D1 Max, $42,999
A different class entirely. 41 kg carrying 25 kg rated and 150 kg maximum, at up to 8 m/s, with IP67 sealing and dual hot-swappable batteries. It switches intelligently between wheel mode for efficient distance and leg mode for terrain, giving over 5 hours and 29 km unloaded, or 3.5 hours and 18 km at rated payload. Humanoids: X2 Series
X2, $27,999
A 131 cm, 35 kg half-size humanoid built for entertainment and commercial performance. 25 degrees of freedom, 2 m/s walking, 2 hours of endurance, 20+ preset motions and over 30 facial expression animations. Crucially it supports LinkCraft zero-code motion training, so staff can build routines and voice narration without an SDK or a developer.
X2 Ultra, $42,999
The working configuration. 39 kg, 30 degrees of freedom with 7-DoF arms, a full perception stack (LiDAR, binocular RGB, RGBD and rear cameras) and an NVIDIA Orin NX 16 GB compute module. That combination lets it map a space once and then navigate it autonomously, greet visitors by face, and answer questions from a knowledge base. It also carries an exhibition presentation toolchain for building explanation scripts without code, which is why it turns up in museums, visitor centres and retail floors.
The honest way to choose: buy the X2 if the robot performs a routine, and the X2 Ultra if it needs to do a job in a building. We go deeper in AgiBot X2 vs X2 Ultra, or you can see both configurations here.
End Effectors: OmniHand and OmniPicker
Prices below are per hand, not per pair. Most humanoid deployments order two, which doubles the figure.
- OmniHand, $4,999, 16 degrees of freedom at 510 g, five-finger grip of 5 kg or more, CAN-FD and RS485.
- OmniHand with Tactile, $6,399, the same hand with 300+ force-sensing taxels across fingertips, palm and back of hand at 0.1 N resolution. The one to buy if you need grasp feedback rather than position control.
- OmniHand Pro, $15,299, 19 degrees of freedom, 820 g, 20 N typical fingertip force and full 3D force sensing on every fingertip.
- OmniPicker, $799, an industrial adaptive gripper, 140 N maximum force, 120 mm stroke, rated for one million cycles. Usually the right first end effector on a research platform. Ask us to quote it.

Spare batteries matter more than most buyers expect. The X2 runs about two hours per charge, so any full-day deployment needs at least one spare and realistically two. Accessories are quoted with the robot rather than sold separately on the site.
How AgiBot Prices Compare
Against the closest well-known alternative, AgiBot's quadrupeds undercut on the education tier and its humanoids sit above. The D1 Edu at $7,199 is meaningfully cheaper than comparable SDK-enabled research quadrupeds, while the X2 at $27,999 sits above entry humanoids but below full-size research platforms. You can put them side by side with the Unitree range.
One structural difference is worth knowing: AgiBot's X2 line includes zero-code motion and interaction tooling as standard, so scripted speech and routines do not require SDK access the way they do on some competing platforms. If your use case is events, retail or visitor guidance rather than research, that removes a developer from the project.

Are AgiBot robots legal to use in the US?
The models we list carry FCC equipment authorization granted before the FCC's 28 July 2026 rule change, and you can verify each ID yourself in the FCC's database. Models we cannot verify are not offered. Note that FCC authorization is a separate question from NDAA procurement eligibility for federally funded buyers.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We work with school districts, universities, municipalities and enterprise procurement teams, and we accept purchase orders and tax-exempt purchasing with a valid certificate on file.
What is the difference between the AgiBot X2 and X2 Ultra?
The Ultra has 30 degrees of freedom instead of 25, seven-DoF arms instead of five, a LiDAR and multi-camera perception stack, and an NVIDIA Orin NX compute module. In practice the Ultra can navigate a building autonomously and the base X2 cannot.
Are OmniHand prices per hand or per pair?
Per hand. A two-handed humanoid setup costs double, which matters most on the OmniHand Pro at $15,299 each.
