What is the delivery timeline for an H2?

What warranty comes with the H2?
A 12-month manufacturer warranty is standard, serviced through Unitree's authorized US distribution with US-based repair, so a 70 kg robot never has to be shipped overseas for service. Extended coverage is available; ask with your quote.
Can we purchase with a PO?
Yes. We support university, government, and enterprise procurement teams with formal quotes, vendor registration, W-9s, and purchase orders for verified institutions.
Does the standard H2 support secondary development?
Secondary development, the Intel i7 development PC, the optional Jetson AGX Thor module, and dexterous hand options belong to the H2 Edu configuration. The standard H2 is the entry point for human-scale presence and dynamics; if development access matters, quote the H2 Edu.
What does it take to run an H2 safely in a facility?
The H2 is a full-size research platform for operators 18 and up. It powers on and off while suspended from the included wheeled protective stand, needs a clear and dry indoor operating area, and your facility should plan floor space for the stand and packaging case.
Why not import an H2 directly?
Gray-market imports arrive with no US warranty support and often without English documentation or firmware support. Our H2 units are sourced through Unitree's authorized US distribution with US-based service, and we support you before and after the sale.
