Every unit includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty serviced through Unitree's authorized US distribution, with US-based repair instead of shipping the robot overseas. Ask about extended coverage when you request a quote.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We work with university, government, and enterprise procurement teams and can provide formal quotes, vendor registration, a W-9, and purchase order terms for verified institutions.
Can I program the R1 Air, and does it include an SDK?
The R1 Air does not include secondary development access. SDK-based development is a feature of the R1 Edu configurations, so if you plan to write and deploy your own code, look at the R1 Edu Smart or R1 Edu Pro instead.
Is it safe to run in a classroom?
The R1 Air is a robotics platform for operators 18 and up. Give it a clear, dry indoor operating space, and use the included support-stand kit during early sessions while you learn how the robot behaves.
