The 4D and 4TD are the dock versions of the Matrice 4. They have fixed arms and IP55 water protection, so they can live outdoors in a DJI Dock 3 and launch on a schedule or on dispatch with no pilot on site. They are sold with the Dock 3 rather than on their own.
