AgiBot Titan Picker Gripper
The Titan Picker is the industrial one. Grip force runs from 40 to 140 N (9.0 to 31.5 lbf), which is roughly 50 percent more at the top end than the Swift Picker, and the point of that force is that the grasped object does not wobble in the jaws. Stroke is 50 mm (2.0 in) and a single action takes 0.75 s. It weighs 1 kg (2.2 lb) and stands 134.5 mm (5.3 in).
Two specifications separate it from the Swift Picker and both matter more than the force figure. Protection is IP67, water and dust resistant, so it can work in environments that would retire an IP40 tool. And power-off holding is enabled, so the gripper retains its hold when power is removed. For anything carrying a heavy or hazardous part over people or equipment, that is the deciding specification. Durability is rated at 2 million opening and closing cycles.
Key Highlights
- 40 to 140 N (9.0 to 31.5 lbf) grip force, for stable, wobble-free holding of heavier parts.
- Power-off holding enabled, so the part stays in the jaws through a power loss.
- IP67 protection, water and dust resistant for complex industrial environments.
- 2 million opening and closing cycles validated through lifespan testing.
- 50 mm (2.0 in) total stroke with a 0.75 s open or close action.
- 1 kg (2.2 lb) at 134.5 mm (5.3 in) tall.
- CANFD communication, wired rather than wireless.
- Compatible with AgiBot Genie G2 High-Compute Edition and Genie G2 Standard Edition, per the AgiBot product sheet.

Specifications per the AgiBot Titan Picker English product sheet, edition 260608 B, dated 2026-06-08. The sheet does not identify the hardware generation. Subject to change at final delivery.
No radio, no FCC grant required. The Titan Picker communicates over wired CANFD. There is no Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or cellular module in the gripper, so the FCC equipment authorization rules that apply to mobile robots do not apply here.
Built For
- Industrial handling where the part cannot be allowed to shift in the jaws
- Processes that must survive a power loss without dropping the part
- Wet, dusty or washdown environments that an IP40 tool cannot enter
- AgiBot Genie G2 deployments, both High-Compute and Standard Edition
- Long-running production lines where 2 million cycles is a maintenance budget, not a brochure number
Good to Know
- Stroke is 50 mm (2.0 in). That is a little over half the Swift Picker's. If your parts vary widely in size, check the range before you commit to this tool.
- A cycle takes 0.75 s, three times the Swift Picker's 0.25 s. You are trading throughput for force and sealing.
- This is not the OmniPicker. The OmniPicker is a separate adaptive gripper. Three different AgiBot grippers, three different jobs.
- Mounting is not universal. Tell us the arm or robot and we will confirm the flange before quoting.
- Communication is CANFD, so plan for a wired bus on your platform.
How Purchasing Works
Tell us the quantity, the arm or robot it is mounting to, and the parts and environment you are handling, and we return a formal written quote, typically the same or next business day. We support purchase orders from universities, research institutions and enterprise buyers, and we accept tax-exempt purchasing with a valid certificate on file.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does the AgiBot Titan Picker cost?
$3,499 per gripper.
How hard does it grip?
40 to 140 N (9.0 to 31.5 lbf), across a 50 mm total stroke.
Does it hold a part if power is lost?
Yes. Power-off holding is enabled on the Titan Picker.
Can it work in wet or dusty environments?
It is rated IP67, water and dust resistant. The Swift Picker is IP40 and is an indoor tool.
What is the difference between the Titan Picker and the Swift Picker?
Force and protection versus speed and reach. The Titan Picker has a 50 mm stroke, 40 to 140 N grip force, a 0.75 s action, IP67 and power-off holding enabled, at 1 kg. The Swift Picker has a 90 mm stroke, 10 to 95 N grip force, a 0.25 s action, IP40 and no power-off holding, at 0.8 kg.
Is the Titan Picker the same as the OmniPicker?
No. They are different products. The OmniPicker is a separate adaptive gripper in the AgiBot range.
How long does it last?
Rated for 2 million opening and closing cycles.
What robots does it fit?
AgiBot lists compatibility with the Genie G2 High-Compute Edition and the Genie G2 Standard Edition. For any other arm, send us the flange and we will confirm.
