A 12-month manufacturer warranty serviced through Unitree's authorized US distribution, with repairs handled in the US rather than shipped overseas. Ask about extended coverage when we build your quote.

Can our organization purchase by PO?

Yes. We support formal quotes, vendor registration, W-9s, and purchase orders for verified enterprise, utility, university, and government buyers.

Can we run our own software on it? Is there an SDK?

Development access depends on the configuration; the Inspection Package is delivered as a turnkey inspection platform, and other Go2-W configurations lean more toward development work. Tell us what your team wants to build and we will confirm what your package includes.

Is Unitree NDAA-compliant for government use?

No. Unitree robots are manufactured in China and are not NDAA-compliant. Universities, research labs, and most commercial buyers are unaffected, but some government agencies restrict procurement of Chinese-made robotics. If your agency requires NDAA-compliant equipment, contact us about alternatives before you buy.
