You control it, capture photo and video, and build routines with drag-and-drop graphical programming in the Unitree app, with new skills arriving through OTA updates.
Does the Go2 X include the developer SDK?
SDK access depends on the exact configuration. The X sits between the consumer Go2 Pro (app programming) and the research-grade Go2 Edu (full SDK and ROS). Tell us what you plan to build and we will confirm precisely what development access your configuration includes; if you need low-level control and ROS, the Go2 Edu is purpose-built for it.
How does the battery work and how long does it run?
The Go2 X uses a quick-release battery system, so you can swap a fresh pack in seconds and keep going. Typical runtime is around 1 to 2 hours depending on speed, terrain, and use. Ask us about spare batteries when you order.
Can the Go2 X climb stairs and handle rough terrain?
Yes. It uses dynamic gaits to climb stairs and cross grass, gravel, and moderate slopes. Like the rest of the Go2 family it is built for dry conditions and is not waterproof or dustproof.
What comes with it, and do you support purchase orders?
Each Go2 X ships with the robot, battery, charger, and documentation (contents can vary by configuration; we confirm at order). It includes a 12-month US-serviced warranty, and we support university, government, and enterprise purchase orders with formal quotes, vendor registration, and a W-9.
