Every H2 Edu includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty serviced through Unitree's authorized US distribution. Repairs are handled in the US instead of shipping a full-size humanoid overseas, and extended coverage can be quoted on request.

Yes. Formal quotes, vendor registration, W-9 documentation, and purchase orders for verified university, government, and enterprise buyers are all standard practice for us.
