  • It powers on and off suspended from its wheeled protective stand, so plan floor space for the stand and the packaging case.

Compare the Unitree Humanoids

The H2 Edu and the standard H2 are the same machine mechanically. What you are paying for is the right and the hardware to develop on it. The G1 Edu Standard is the smaller research platform when full human scale is not the point.

Is the Unitree H2 Edu authorized for use in the US?

Yes. It is covered by Unitree's US equipment authorization under grantee YuShu Technology Co., Ltd., FCC ID 2A5PE-YUSHU012, verifiable at apps.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas. FCC equipment authorization is separate from NDAA procurement eligibility, so if you are buying under a federal procurement rule, check that separately with us first.

How long does it run on a charge?

About 3 hours on the 15 Ah (0.972 kWh) quick-release smart battery. The pack comes out without tools, so most research programs buy at least one spare.

How is the H2 Edu different from the standard H2?

Mechanically they are identical: 1.82 m (71.7 in), about 70 kg (154 lb), 31 degrees of freedom, the same 360 N·m (265 lb-ft) leg joints. The Edu adds secondary development, a second onboard PC with an Intel Core i7, dexterous hand support and an optional high-power computing module. If nobody on the team is writing control code, buy the standard H2 and keep the difference.

Which configuration is this listing, and what else exists?
