Dig Deeper

Presence and Interaction
  • 131 cm (4 ft 4 in) and 2 m/s (4.5 mph) walking speed with full-body motion transitions, self-righting from lying down and sit-to-stand, so one operator can deploy it alone.
  • Two-hour endurance on a 500 Wh pack, enough for a full event shift or a retail floor block without a swap.
  • Proactive multimodal interaction: face, gesture and body-movement recognition, 30+ facial expression animations, head-touch voice feedback.
  • Multilingual voice interaction and knowledge-base Q&A, configurable per deployment.
  • Fleet control for coordinated multi-robot performances from a single operator.
Content and Customization
  • 20+ preset motions plus zero-code motion training, so staff can build routines without writing code.
  • A real performance repertoire: dance routines, martial arts sequences and stunt performances ship as premium content, and the robot sings and recites as well as speaks.
  • Custom skins and personas for IP and brand ambassador work, so the robot can wear your branding rather than ours.
  • 3 kg (6.6 lb) maximum end effector payload on both configurations.
X2 vs X2 Ultra
  • X2: 35 kg (77 lb), 25 degrees of freedom, 5 per arm, interactive RGB camera, RK3588 motion control with RK3588S interaction.
  • X2 Ultra: 39 kg (86 lb), 30 degrees of freedom, 7 per arm, interactive RGB plus binocular RGB, RGBD, LiDAR and a rear camera, on NVIDIA Orin NX 16 GB.
  • Ultra adds autonomous navigation: single-pass mapping, dynamic and static obstacle avoidance, and an optional charging dock for automatic return-to-charge.
  • Ultra adds optional end effectors, dexterous hands or grippers, plus optional VR teleoperation for beyond-line-of-sight operation.
  • Both carry FCC ID 2BTPT-LX2501.

FAQs

Is the X2 authorized for use in the US?

Yes. Both the X2 and X2 Ultra carry FCC ID 2BTPT-LX2501, granted before the FCC's 28 July 2026 rule change, verifiable at apps.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas.

How long does it run per charge?

Two hours on a 500 Wh pack, on both configurations.

Do we need a programmer to use it?

No. It ships with 20+ preset motions and zero-code motion training, so staff can build routines without writing code. The X2 Ultra additionally exposes open interfaces for secondary development.

What is the difference between the X2 and the X2 Ultra?

The Ultra is 39 kg (86 lb) with 30 degrees of freedom and 7 per arm, a full perception stack with LiDAR on NVIDIA Orin NX 16 GB, and it adds autonomous navigation and optional end effectors. The X2 is 35 kg (77 lb) with 25 degrees of freedom, 5 per arm, and an interactive RGB camera.

Can it carry things?

Maximum end effector payload is 3 kg (6.6 lb) on both configurations. Dexterous hands and grippers are an X2 Ultra option.

Do you rent these?

No. We sell them. For a one-off event, buying and reselling is usually the wrong answer, so tell us the use case and we will be straight with you about whether this is the right purchase.
