Return and Refund Policy

Scope and Intent

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Global Drone HQ website.

Return Eligibility

  • 10-Day Return Window (Buyer’s Remorse): Customers have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return for buyer’s remorse.

  • Only Unopened Boxes Accepted: We only accept returns on unopened boxes in their original condition and packaging.

  • Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Return Authorization Required: Returns will only be accepted if pre-approved by Global Drone HQ and accompanied by a valid return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Return Instructions

  1. Return Notification – Contact support@globaldronehq.com with your order number within 10 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. Return Authorization – If eligible, we will provide a return authorization number and detailed return instructions.

  3. Packaging – Items must be shipped back in their original, unopened packaging, securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Return Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Global Drone HQ will not reimburse return shipping fees unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Refund Approval: Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected to confirm it is unopened and in resalable condition.

  • Refund Amount: The purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee will be refunded. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Customs duties, import taxes, and original shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. No store credit or alternate refund methods will be offered unless expressly agreed in writing.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Products shipped internationally

  • Discounted, promotional, or clearance items marked as final sale

Supplier and Manufacturer Returns

In some cases, products may ship directly from a distributor or manufacturer. If a return is approved, customers must follow the return instructions provided and ship the item to the address specified. Global Drone HQ is not responsible for delays or additional costs if returns are sent to the wrong location.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must arrive in the same condition as originally shipped. Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing from Global Drone HQ, you agree to first contact our customer service team to resolve any return or refund requests before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider.


Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Global Drone HQ may delay or void your refund eligibility.

Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
