AgiBot D1 MaxPro Industrial Quadruped Robot

The D1 MaxPro is the largest robot in the D1 family. It stands 1270 x 520 x 730 mm (50.0 x 20.5 x 28.7 in), weighs 68 ±1 kg (150 ±2 lb) with battery, and is rated to carry 50 kg (110 lb) on flat terrain. Joint torque peaks at 300 N·m with a 180 N·m software limit. This is a machine for sites where something heavy has to be walked somewhere a vehicle cannot go.

The second thing that separates it is endurance. A 2081 Wh pack gives 5.5 ±0.5 hours unloaded and 2 hours under a 50 kg (110 lb) load, covering 21 ±1 km (13.0 ±0.6 mi) unloaded and 11 ±1 km (6.8 ±0.6 mi) at full load. An autonomous charging dock is optional. IP67 protection and a −20 to 55 C (−4 to 131 F) operating range make year-round outdoor deployment realistic.

• 300 N·m maximum joint torque, software limited to 180 N·m.
• 12 V / 24 V / 48 V power outputs up to 720 W for integrated payloads, with USB 3.0 x 2, 100 Mbps Ethernet x 3 and serial.
• Optional autonomous charging dock for unattended route operation.

AgiBot D1 MaxPro Specs

Source and limits. These figures come from the 25 August 2026 manufacturer manual, its specification tables and their footnotes. Speed is software limited to 2 m/s (4.5 mph). The 50 kg (110 lb) payload assumes flat terrain, and actual performance varies with environment and use. The optional charging dock and the software speed limit should both be factored into a deployment plan.

Built For

• Industrial sites moving 50 kg (110 lb) loads across terrain that defeats carts and vehicles
• Energy, utility and plant inspection routes needing hours of unattended endurance
• Integrators building sensor or manipulator payloads on a 720 W powered base
• Research groups working on heavy-payload legged locomotion with ROS and TCP access
• Logistics and materials handling over stairs, rubble and unimproved ground
• Public safety and emergency response teams carrying equipment into inaccessible areas

Good to Know

• The D1 MaxPro is a separate model from the D1 Max, not a higher trim. Different chassis, different payload class, different specifications. Do not apply D1 Max figures to it.
• Rated payload is 50 kg (110 lb) on flat terrain. Sloped or broken ground reduces it. Tell us the terrain and we will say what is realistic.
• Maximum operating speed is software limited to 2 m/s (4.5 mph). The 3 m/s (6.7 mph) figure is a laboratory maximum, not an operating speed.
• At 68 ±1 kg (150 ±2 lb) with a 50 kg (110 lb) load, this is heavy industrial equipment. Trained operators, site safety procedures and exclusion zones are appropriate.
• The chassis is IP67. Any mounted third-party payload carries its own rating, so check the whole stack rather than the robot alone.
• AgiBot offers radio accessories on D1 platforms. We do not quote radio add-ons until they carry their own US equipment authorization. Ask us and we will tell you exactly where that stands.
• Charging docks, spare batteries and sensor payloads are quoted separately.

How Purchasing Works

The D1 MaxPro is quoted per deployment rather than sold from a cart, because payload, sensors, charging and spares change the answer. Send us the site, the route and what the robot needs to carry, and we return a formal written quote, typically the same or next business day. Typically ships in 2 to 5 business days from US stock once your quote is accepted. We accept tax-exempt purchasing with a valid certificate on file.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the AgiBot D1 MaxPro cost?
The D1 MaxPro is $65,999 before payloads and accessories. Deployments are quoted individually because sensors, charging and spares vary by site.

What is the difference between the D1 MaxPro and the D1 Max?
They are different machines. The MaxPro is a 68 ±1 kg (150 ±2 lb) legged quadruped rated for 50 kg (110 lb) on flat terrain, with 117 TOPS of compute, a 96-line LiDAR and a 2081 Wh pack. The D1 Max is a lighter wheel-leg platform rated for 25 kg (55 lb). Do not assume a MaxPro specification from a D1 Max datasheet.

How much can it actually carry?
50 kg (110 lb) on flat terrain. Joint torque peaks at 300 N·m with a 180 N·m software limit. Payload capability drops on slopes and broken ground.

How long does it run per charge?
5.5 ±0.5 hours unloaded and 2 hours with a 50 kg (110 lb) load, covering 21 ±1 km (13.0 ±0.6 mi) and 11 ±1 km (6.8 ±0.6 mi) respectively. Charging takes about 4.5 hours from 10 to 90 percent, and an autonomous charging dock is optional.

Can it work outdoors in bad weather?
The robot is IP67 and specified from −20 to 55 C (−4 to 131 F). Mounted third-party sensors carry their own protection ratings.

Can it climb stairs?
Continuous stair height is 30 cm (11.8 in), with a 45 degree maximum slope.

Can we integrate our own payload?
Yes. The MaxPro exposes USB 3.0 x 2, 100 Mbps Ethernet x 3 and serial, with 12 V / 24 V / 48 V power outputs up to 720 W, and ships TCP and ROS SDKs for x86 and ARM.
