Eligibility & Requirements
To ensure your drone is protected, please note the following:

Activation Window: Must be purchased within 48 hours of your drone purchase.

New Drones Only: Valid only for new drones purchased from Xpece.com or authorized dealers.

Duration: Coverage lasts for 12 months from the date of drone purchase.

Non-Transferable: Coverage is tied to the original purchaser and serial number.
How the Claim Process Works

Review: Our team reviews your flight logs and photos within 2 business days.

Replace: Once approved, we ship your replacement drone within 3–5 business days.
Note: Xpece Care is a product protection plan, not liability insurance. It does not cover injury or damage to third-party property. Cosmetic damage that does not affect flight performance is not eligible for replacement.

We ship enterprise and commercial drone equipment across the United States. In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Certain enterprise, custom, and built-to-order items (such as portable rapid chargers) require additional lead time, which is confirmed at the time of order.
