Global Drone HQ Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction. Below are the details of our shipping process.

SHIPPING RANGE

  • Countries: We currently only ship within the United States of America.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION (Freight Forwarder)

  • We are happy to accommodate international orders, but please note that we do not offer direct international shipping to all destinations. If you wish to ship internationally, we can arrange for shipping through a third-party freight forwarder.

Important Terms for International Orders via Freight Forwarder:

  • The buyer must arrange for a freight forwarder to receive and forward the order to the destination country.

  • Global Drone HQ will not be responsible for any payments or fees due from the freight forwarder to the buyer's location. The buyer is fully responsible for all fees, duties, taxes, and shipping costs beyond the point of delivery to the freight forwarder.

  • For international orders using this method, we require payment to be made via ACH transfer, as we do not accept credit card payments for international freight forwarding.

By choosing this option, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.

SHIPPING COSTS

- Within the United States of America: Free shipping on all orders over $5,000.00

- No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0-1 business days, Monday to Friday.

- Order Cut Off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT-07:00) 

- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

TRANSIT TIME

- Estimated Delivery Time: 1-6 business days.

- Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.

- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

SHIPPING PROCESS

- Insured Shipments: All shipments are insured. Contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transit.

- Eco-Friendly Packaging: We strive to use sustainable packaging materials to minimize our ecological footprint.

TRACKING INSTRUCTIONS

- Tracking Information: After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number.

- Questions: Our support team is ready to assist with any questions about tracking your order.

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE

- Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via email, support@globaldronehq.com  

- Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.

RESTOCKING FEE

- All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

RETURN DELIVERY COSTS

- For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.
