CZI TK3 Tethered Power System

The CZI TK3 is a next-generation tethered power supply system designed for continuous, unlimited-endurance operation of the DJI Matrice 30, Matrice 30T, and Matrice 350 RTK. By converting 220V AC mains power to 400V high-voltage DC and transmitting it to the aircraft through an 80-meter tether cable, the TK3 eliminates battery limitations entirely, enabling 24-hour uninterrupted flight for perimeter security, persistent surveillance, extended search operations, and disaster response where battery rotations are operationally unacceptable.

The system delivers up to 1,500W at the sky end for M30/M30T operations and up to 3,000W for M350 RTK deployments, providing ample capacity to power the aircraft and high-demand mission payloads such as matrix lights, thermal cameras, and loudspeakers simultaneously. The tether itself is 2.8mm in diameter and weighs only 12 grams per meter, minimizing aerodynamic impact on the aircraft. The 320-gram M30 sky-end receiver and 566-gram M350 sky-end receiver add minimal weight to the airframe. The ground terminal is a robust 7.5 kg unit designed for static deployment at a command post or vehicle.
